QANTAS is the International Australian Airline.
It was one of the earliest Airline companies in the world having been started in 1920.
It was originally named Qantas Empire Airways.   Hence the Q.E.A. of this very old LUGGAGE LABEL.
In 1935 QANTAS began their International service but it was not until 1959 that they began service across the pacific with Stops in Nandi Fiji and Honolulu HI.   THIS Label  comes from that time frame.
It is 2 ins  X 1.25 ins and has been used as the original Gum is absent.
