Stainless steel vacuum chamber with aluminum top and ports  13.75 id x 14 in depth
has a 6in deep by 7 in diameter recess at bottom to valve
port 7.5     port  5.75   port 2.75 with glass
bottom and top are o-ringed and not drilled but clamped in place with c clamps - top is 3/4 in aluminum with ports
it has a 6 in. gate valve in bottom to open up to diffusion pump
valve is air operated    also comes with granville philips 307  vacuum controller
It has a diffusion pump below valve it is 5.5 inches diameter at bottom and 16 in tall    120 vac
2 x 2 in. extruded aluminum frame -  weight of vacuum chamber stand and all pictures except vacuum controller is about 350 lbs
shipping would be 48 x 36 in pallet and 76 in high weight would be about 475 lbs
I recommend we cut high rails off to 53 in. height to avoid very high shipping rates
