This Sale Is For One Used Laboratory Surplus Huntington Vacuum Products Vacuum Sputtering / Deposition Chamber Work Station.
This system was likely custom built for the research lab I purchased it from.
I am selling it in "As-Is" "For Parts Or Not Working" condition because it is not complete and has been exposed to outside weather.
The chamber collar has eight ports. Overall dimensions are:
Chamber collar height flange to flange - 16"
Chamber collar flange outer diameter - 24"
Collar port outer diameters:
four @ 2 3/4". three @ 8" (inc one 8" view port), and one @ 3 1/2"
Top dome has the three target / magnetron ports plus four @ 1 3/8".
Bottom dome has one 10", one 2 3/4", and one 1 3/8" port.
Vat valve flange outer diameter - 11 3/8"
Vat valve opening diameter - 7 7/8"
All measurements were done as best I could with a tape measure - may be slightly off.
Current price for just the 8 port collar of this size from Huntington is over ,000.00!
