Nicely painted with cute face &

She is unmarked, so I don't know her origin but
she has 'Bradley' Japan style.
In good condition, no chip or crack.
Shows light crazing with close inspection.

Originally She could be made to be
an aquarium ornament.
But at this hour, I would not recommend
to put her underwater.
